A manufacturing method for electro-surgical pen first prepares a metal slice and then presses it into an upper electrode and a lower electrode, which are sent to different molding dies with plastic material injected therein. The upper electrode and the lower electrode are formed into upper and lower conductive layers after mold releasing and assembled as a switch structure. A pen holder is positioned by a feeder or manually and the switch structure is pushed into the pen holder. A rear cap is aligned with rear end of the pen holder and a key set is assembled to the pen holder. Afterward, the pen holder assembled with the switch structure, the rear cap and the key set is positioned and an electro-surgical knife is inserted to front end of the pen holder to be in contact with the upper electrode.
