Abstract A cosmetic preparation containing one or more UV filters, polyglyceryl-1 0 stearate (INCI Polyglyceryl-10 Stearate) and 1-ethenyl-pyrrolidine-2-on polymer with 1-triacontene (INCI Triacontanyl PVP, CAS 136445-69-7), as well as a method to increase the washability of UV filters from textiles which are contaminated with a cosmetic preparation which contains these UV-A filters and/or broad spectrum filters, wherein the Triacontanyl PVP preparation is obstructed and the use of Triacontanyl PVP in cosmetic preparations containing UV light protection filters to increase how well UV light protection filters can be washed out of textiles which have been contaminated with the preparation.
