PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive patch which is highly resistant to detachment from a skin surface because it exerts sufficient adhesion to skin and its edge has reduced chances to be rubbed by clothes etc., during adhesion to the skin so that edge lifting of the adhesive patch is suppressed, provided that the adhesive patch can be easily taken out from the package because the edge of the adhesive patch has reduced chances to come into contact with an inner surface of a package during storage in the package so that adhesion of the adhesive patch to the inner surface of the package is suppressed, even when the adhesive layer components protrude from the edge of the adhesive patch in the package, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive patch includes an adhesive patch body 24 including a support 21 and an adhesive layer 22 laminated on at least one side of the support 21, wherein the adhesive patch body 24 has a peripheral part 3, a central part 1 and an intermediate part 2 between the peripheral part 3 and the central part 1, the intermediate part 2 of the adhesive patch body 24 has a thickness greater than the central part 1 of the adhesive patch body 24, and the central part 1 of the adhesive patch body 24 has a thickness greater than the peripheral part 3 of the adhesive patch body 24.
