PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows tube type exclusion machine for laparoscopic surgery that can be freely bent in a desired shape, becomes a rigor state, and can exclude at the time of the exclusion, in which a distal end might not damage an organ, and the distal end can be easily grasped by a grasping forceps.SOLUTION: The bellows tube type exclusion machine for the laparoscopic surgery is characterized as follows. The exclusion machine excludes an organ of liver, rectum or the like temporarily at a laparoscope including a thoracoscope surgery, the exclusion machine includes a bellows tube having a distal end, the bellows tube can freely repeat a flexible condition in which the self shape can not be held, therefore can be bent by grasping by a grasping forceps and a rigor state in which the self shape can be held, therefore can exclude by a switching switch, the distal end has a substantially hemisphere shape, and has a hole in the vicinity of the distal end thereof or the shape is "a flat shape that crushes a substantially hemisphere from both sides", and therefore the distal end can be grasped by the grasping forceps.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】所望の形状に自由に曲げることができ、しかし圧排時は硬直状態となって圧排でき、先端部は臓器を傷付ける恐れがなく、かつ、把持鉗子で先端部を容易に把持することができるようにする。【解決手段】腹腔鏡(胸腔鏡を含む)手術時に肝臓、直腸等の臓器を一時的に圧排する圧排器であって、圧排器は先端部を含む蛇腹管を有し、蛇腹管は、自己の形状を保持できず、そのため把持鉗子で把持して曲げることが可能となる柔軟状態と、自己の形状を保持でき、そのため圧排が可能となる硬直状態とを、切り換えスイッチにより、自由に繰り返すことができ、先端部は形状が略半球状であり、その先端付近に孔を有するか、又は形状が「略半球を両側面から押しつぶしたような扁平な形状」であり、そのため把持鉗子で先端部を把持することが可能であることを特徴とする腹腔鏡手術用の蛇腹管型圧排器。【選択図】図1
