The purpose of the invention is to provide a medical supply wherein a compound that is capable of interfering with the blood coagulation reaction both during the step of primary hemostasis in which platelets participate and the step of blood clot formation in which blood coagulation factor participates is firmly fixed to the surface of the medical supply while maintaining anti blood coagulating activity. The invention provides a medical supply wherein firmly fixed to the surface is a hydrophilic polymer obtained by bonding a compound represented by general formula (I) and a copolymer of a monomer selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol vinyl acetate vinyl pyrrolidone propylene glycol vinyl alcohol and siloxane.
