PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing scattered materials, which includes a simple and small-sized structure, inexpensively removes scattered materials such as straw, weeds etc., during border coating, includes a high degree of freedom of design, hardly obstructs an operation by catching of the apparatus for removing scattered materials in a field even without adjustment at all and a levee plastering machine.SOLUTION: The disclosed apparatus 51 for removing scattered materials is attached to the levee plastering machine 1 and removes scattered materials scattered in a field. The levee plastering machine 1 is equipped with a pretreatment body 41, a ridge leveling body 42 and a shield cover 44 and is connected to a traveling machine body. The ridge leveling body 42 forms a ridge on the basis of soil tilled by the pretreatment body 41. The shield cover 44 covers a part of the pretreatment body 41 and supplies soil tilled by the pretreatment body 41 to the ridge leveling body 42.
