An ultrasound probe dedicated for guiding the puncture needle, it sets a passage in the center of the structure and the diameter of the passage is equal to the outer diameter of puncture needle. When puncture needle passes through the center of the passage and enters the tissue, not only before puncture but also during puncture, the piezoelectric transducers disposed around the passage can immediately receive ultrasound echo signals of tissues. The ultrasound echo signal can distinguish out bony tissue and non-bony tissue by the strength of the echo signals, and guide the puncture needle to avoid bony tissues.
