The at least one passage 2 includes: a first hole 2a having a first end opened towards the top face 1a and a second end a sheet 2c for receiving a head 7 of a bone anchor 6, where the first hole 2a includes a first central axis C1, the sheet part includes a second central axis C3, and the first central axis C1 and the second central axis C3 cross with each other in the passage 2 and a second hole 2b opened towards the bottom face 1b.
