The present invention relates to a catheter device for an enema, and a surgical method using the same. According to the present invention, the outflow of an enema solution injected into the rectum and feces diluted with the enema solution, are prevented for a certain period of time by effectively sealing the entrance of the rectum with a balloon formed in front of the catheter after injecting the enema solution into the rectum through the anus, thereby preventing contamination of adjacent areas due to the early outflow of the enema solution and feces. Additionally, the main tube does not bend and maintains rigidity through use of a supporting rod when inserted into the rectum, and thus the tube can be easily inserted into the rectum where impacted or dried feces remain, thereby enabling effective enema. Further, a clamp is separately formed, which blocks the outflow of the injected enema solution through the tube after the enema solution is injected, thereby providing convenient use.본 발명은 관장용 카테타 장치 및 그것을 이용한 시술방법에 관한 것으로, 직장 내부로 유입되면서 선단 소정부에 배출공이 형성된 튜브(4)와； 상기 튜브의 후단부에 구성되며 배출공(14)과 연통된 관장액 투입관(8)과； 상기 튜브의 선단 소정부에 구성되고 주입된 증류수에 의해 팽창되어 직장 내벽에 밀착되는 벌룬(26)과； 벌룬과 연통되어 튜브 내부를 따라 경로가 형성된 미세관(22)과； 상기 튜브의 후단부 외주연에 형성되고 미세관과 연통된 증류수 주입관(16)과； 상기 튜브의 내부에 삽입되면서 튜브의 직장 삽입시 튜브에 지지력을 부여하는 지지용 로드(32)를 포함하되, 상기 지지용 로드(32)는 장 방향의 길이를 갖는 로드부(34)와； 그 로드부의 후단에 구성되어 시술자가 파지할 수 있는 손잡이(36)로 구성된 관장용 카테타 장치를 제공한다.본 발명을 적용하면, 항문을 통해 직장속에 관장액을 주입한 후 카테타의 전방에 구성된 벌룬을 통해 직장입구를 효과적으로 밀봉함으로써 직장내로 주입된 관장액 및 상기 관장액에 의해 묽어진 대변이 일정시간 동안 외부로 유출되지 않도록 하여 관장액 및 대변의 조기 유출로 인한 환경오염을 방지함과 아울러, 지지용 로드를 적용하여 직장으로의 튜브 삽입시 튜브가 휘지 않고 직선형태를 유지하므로 숙변이나 응고된 대변이 잔존하는 직장 내부에 튜브를 용이하게 삽입할 수 있어 효율적인 관장이 이루어지며, 아울러 클램프가 별도로 구성되어 관장액의 주입 후 주입된 관장액이 튜브를 통해 외부로 유출되는 것을 차단할 수 있어 그 사용이 편리하다는 장점이 있다.
