PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide usage of a boring rolling tool capable of further lengthening the service life.SOLUTION: In the usage of the boring rolling tool, a use process offered to a plurality of boring rolling after applying scale-attaching heat treatment to an unused boring rolling tool, an inspection process of determining whether or not to arrive at the tool service life in the next use process and a regeneration process of applying scale regeneration heat treatment, are successively repeatedly executed up to when it is determined to possibly arrive at the tool service life in the inspection process, and the boring rolling tool determined to possibly arrive at the tool service life in the next use process, is offered to rolling without applying the regeneration process, and is cast away in the next use process.
