The present invention relates to an operation control system for controlling the helical operation of capsule endoscope using a tube and a capsule endoscope system having the same. The capsule endoscope operation control system comprises a magnetic field generation unit (100) including a first coil unit (110) arranged on three vertical axis for generating magnetic field and a second coil unit (120) in a coil structure for generating gradient field and a coil operation unit (130) which is equipment for three dimensionally rotating the second coil unit (120).
