PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical three-dimensional image display apparatus that can easily obtain a three-dimensional structure with satisfactory operation efficiency.SOLUTION: The medical three-dimensional image display apparatus including a display means that can display medical three-dimensional images includes a display direction regulating means where a vertex direction 1 constantly points upward in a display screen. Moreover, displaying a scale 6 can easily specify a position of an observing direction 4 or a blood vessel 7, or easily obtain the three-dimensional structure. For example, a three-dimensional display 11 is performed under the same condition as past display data based on clinical data 10.
