The present invention relates to a sterilizing and heat drying device for red pepper powder, applied with a copper plate. The sterilizing and heat drying device for red pepper powder includes: a casing including a hopper and a discharge unit; a laminated copper plate installed on the inner side of the casing and providing a sterilization force to red pepper powder by being in contact with the red pepper powder in the casing; a cover installed in the upper part of the casing to be opened and closed; a sterilization lamp radiating ultraviolet rays for sterilization and installed in the lower part of the cover; and a heating unit heating the laminated copper plate and installed in the lower part of the laminated copper plate. According to the present invention, the sterilizing and heat drying device for red pepper powder leads the red pepper powder which is being transferred for the red pepper powder to be tightly in contact with an additional copper plate by comprising the additional copper plate on the bottom of a transfer path of the red pepper powder. The sterilizing and heat drying device for red pepper powder effectively sterilizes the red pepper powder using a unique sterilization action which copper has. So, the sterilizing and heating drying device for red pepper powder can produce red pepper powder having excellent production quality while being sanitary. The sterilizing and heat drying device for red pepper powder uses a direct heating method of directly heating the casing which the red pepper powder passes through, and therefore, can maintain the best drying efficiency by enabling accurate temperature control and providing excellent thermal efficiency.
