Disclosed is a photoacoustic image reconstruction method for inhibiting an artifact. The method comprises: obtaining related parameters of a system； selecting the appropriate pixel size, and segmenting an imaging region into multiple pixels； traversing the pixels, calculating a multi-unit delay-and-sum by the timing sequence, and restoring the waveform of a signal； calculating a signal envelope for the signal restored for each pixel point, performing signal inhibition to inhibit an artifact signal in the signal, and reserving a true signal； and using a true signal value in the inhibitory signal as a gray scale value of the pixel in an image, and saving same in a picture to finally complete reconstructing the image.L'invention concerne un procédé de reconstruction d'image photoacoustique pour inhiber un artefact.
