A shoulder subluxation prevention brace of the present invention comprises: a torso unit worn on the torso of a patient； an upper arm unit connected to the torso unit, worn on the upper arm of the patient where the shoulder joint is dislocated, formed of an elastic material having a higher elastic modulus than the torso part, and supporting the dislocated portion of the shoulder joint； and a control unit controlling the elastic force of the upper arm unit.본 발명의 견관절 아탈구 방지 보조기는 환자의 몸통에 착용되는 몸통부； 몸통부와 연결되어 견관절이 탈구된 환자 팔의 상완에 착용되고, 몸통부보다 탄성 계수가 높은 탄성 소재로 형성되어, 상기 견관절의 탈구된 부분을 지지하는 상완부； 및 상완부의 탄성력을 제어하는 조절부；를 포함할 수 있다.
