1. Ophthalmic composition for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis of the eye, containing: at least 0.67% wt./about. olopatadine. 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the concentration of olopatadine is at least 0.7% w / v. and it is dissolved in solution. 3. The composition of claim 1, further comprising a γ-cyclodextrin derivative, a β-cyclodextrin derivative, or both derivatives, to provide solubility of olopatadine. The composition of claim 1, further comprising a lactam polymer to provide solubility of olopatadine. The composition of claim 4, wherein the lactam polymer is polyvinylpyrrolidone. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a polyester. The composition of claim 6, wherein the polyester is polyethylene glycol. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, where the composition is placed in an ophthalmic dispenser, has a pH from 5.5 to 8.0 and an osmolality from 200 to 450.9. An ophthalmic composition for treating allergic conjunctivitis of the eyes, comprising: at least 0.67% w / v. olopadadine dissolved in solution； polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of from 300 to 500； polyvinylpyrrolidone； and a cyclodextrin derivative selected from a β-cyclodextrin derivative, γ-cyclodextrin or both derivatives. 10. The composition of claim 9, further comprising a preservative selected from a polymer compound of a quaternary ammonium and benzalkonium chloride. The composition of claim 10, wherein the cyclodextrin derivative is hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin or β-cyclodextrin sulfoalkyl ether. The composition of claim 11, wherein the β-derivative of cyclodextrin is hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodex�1.
