Protractor, in the centre of which on the axis there are front and back guide tubes for guide rods, intended for orientation or sliding on them of osteotoming instrument, is fixed to coupling. Front and back guide tubes have fixation bolt. Coupling with protractor and guide tubes has possibility of travel on transverse part of bar. Lower part of bar has guide with working cone-shaped end and channel for placement of bone head. Head fixer has fixing bolt. Movable plate has coupling-like end with fixation bolt in upper end for travel of angle-shaped bar on transverse part, and in lower end it has holder with angle-shaped slot for insert.
