The present invention relates to an unmanned disinfection system using a multipurpose closed circuit camera installed on a road, wherein the unmanned disinfection system comprises: a closed circuit camera for photographing a major point of the road； a medicinal liquid sprayer installed in the major point to spray a supplied medicinal liquid onto a vehicle passing through the major point； a device enlarging unit connected with a device including the medicinal liquid sprayer and closed circuit camera and receiving a control signal for controlling the operation of the connected device through a communication network to output the control signal to a corresponding device； an integrated control center communicating with the device enlarging unit through the communication network to monitor a disinfected state in the major point photographed through the closed circuit camera and transmit the control signal to the device enlarging unit； a vehicle blocker unit connected with the device enlarging unit and blocking the road at the major point based on the control signal outputted from the device enlarging unit to allow the passage of vehicles； an emergency button for calling the integrated control center from the major point； and a speaker connected with the device enlarging unit and outputting a sound guided from the integrated control center based on the control signal outputted from the device enlarging unit.
