The present invention relates to an apparatus for closed-loop electrical brain stimulation using neural response signals. The apparatus for closed-loop electrical brain stimulation using neural response signals according to the present invention comprises one or more neural signal measuring units which measure neural signals generated by neural activities of brain, and an artifact removal unit which detects a single neural signal and local brain potential signals by removing the electrical stimulation artifact from neural signals including electrical stimulation artifact caused by initial electrical stimulation. Also, the present invention comprises a neural signal analysis unit which determines suitability of initial electrical stimulation by comparing quantitative changes in a single neural signal and local brain potential signals before and after initial electrical stimulation is added and analyzing the quantitative changes and initial electrical stimulation added to the brain. In addition, the present invention comprises an electrical stimulation parameter control unit which determines parameters of second electrical stimulation which will be added according to suitable determination; an electrical stimulation production unit which produces stimulation pulse of second electrical stimulation added to the brain; current source for adding second electrical stimulation to the brain; and an electrical stimulation unit equipped with stimulation electrodes. Furthermore, the present invention comprises a neural signal recording unit which records neural signals measured in the neural signal measuring units.
