The present invention relates to a sediment lace cream for a cake which comprises 32-52% wt% of sediment, 7-15% wt% of a grain powder, 0.5-6% wt% of a sugar powder, 0.1-3% wt% of cooking oil and water for the rest, and also relates to a method for manufacturing the sediment lace cream.
