PURPOSE: An automatic device for manufacturing seasoned laver is provided to manufacture seasoned laver in a hygienic and economic way by the automatic device using wide rolls of laver sheet. CONSTITUTION: A fixed quantity feed roller(2) supplies a wide roll of laver sheet(1) in a predetermined amount. A rotating knife(3) cuts the supplied laver sheet into a desired width according the usage. A cooking oil coating roller(4) spreads cooking oil seasoned with salt on the supplied laver sheet evenly. A heating plate(5) bakes the cooking-oil-spread laver sheet crisply. A roller(6) operates with a fixed tensile force so that the baked laver sheet maintains the parallel. A cutting blade(7) cuts the finished product(8) to a determined length.본 발명은 통상의 조미김에 관한 것으로 두루마리형 광폭롤김을 응용한 자동화된 장치에 의해 위생적인 식용 조미김을 합리적인 방법으로 양산을 하기 위한 제조장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 두루마리형 광폭롤김을 다수개의 절단용 링라이프(회전칼)에 의해 정해진 넓이로 절단이 되어 염분 등이 가미된 식용유를 김의 표면에 고루 발라 가열을 함에 있어 전열에 의해 발열된 가열판을 통과하여 구어진 김을 알맞은 길이로 절단을 하여 포장을 하게 되는 연속 자동화된 장치에 의해 위생적이며 합리적인 방법으로 식용조미김을 양산하는 것에 특징이 있다.
