PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean curd, including a baked soybean curd and a deep-fried soy bean curd, cut into small pieces having an equal width which are accommodated in a container.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of soybean curd cut into small pieces includes the steps of: (a) preparing a box type plastic container 10 with an open top face having a plurality of notch grooves 11A to 11D extending in the direction orthogonal to the longer direction of the container at least at the bottom wall at intervals of a cutting width in the longer direction disposed in a row in the longer direction of the container, and accommodating a surface-hardened soybean curd (b) using a cutter body 20 having cutting edges 21A to 21E in a wave form disposed in an array corresponding to the notch grooves 11A to 11E of the container 10, allowing the blade edges 21 to invade inside the notch grooves 11A to 11E at the bottom wall from the upper face of the baked soybean curd or the like in the container 10, so as to cut the baked soybean curd or the like accommodated in the container 10 with an open top face into a plurality of small pieces and (c) sealing the container 10 in which the cut pieces of the baked soybean curd or the like are accommodated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】焼き豆腐又は厚揚げを含め、均等巾の小片に切断した状態で豆腐を容器に収納して提供する。【解決手段】(a)上面を開口した箱型収納容器10の少なくとも底壁に長手方向の切断巾の間隔でその直交方向に延びる切り込み溝11A~11Dを容器長手方向に複数個横列形成したプラスチック収納容器10を用意し、これに表面焼入れ処理した豆腐を収納する工程と、(b)上面を開口した収納容器10に収納された焼き豆腐等を収納容器10の複数の切り込み溝11A~11Eに相応する配列に構成され、波形状の刃先21A~21Eを有するカッター本体20を用い、収納容器10内の焼き豆腐等を上面から刃21先を底壁切り込み溝11a~11b内に侵入させ、複数の小片に切断する工程と、(c)複数の小片に切断した焼き豆腐等を収納容器10内に密封する工程を備える小片切断済豆腐の製造方法にあり、複数の小片に切断した焼き豆腐等を容器10内に収納する。【選択図】図1B
