PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomagnetism measurement device that realizes the reuse of helium and the rotation of a magnetic sensor and reduces external magnetic fields that enter a magnetic shield room.SOLUTION: A biomagnetism measurement device comprises: a magnetic shield room a cryogenic refrigerator installed outside the magnetic shield room a cryostat installed inside the magnetic shield room a transfer tube that penetrates the magnetic shield room and forms a flow passage of helium between the cryogenic refrigerator and the cryostat and a magnetic sensor housed in the cryostat and cooled by the helium.
