PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvester configured such that crops may not stay on a guide shooter even if a machine body is inclined, and the crops are smoothly succeeded and guided to a sorting conveyor.SOLUTION: A root crop harvester includes a pumping conveyor (81) using a conveyor belt for raising and conveying crops received after cutting foliage at a low position, and a sorting conveyor (87) using the conveyor belt for a worker to sort the crops received from the pumping conveyor (81). A guide shooter (301) movably supporting a guide plate (302) for conveying and guiding the crops from the pumping conveyor (81) to the sorting conveyor (87) is provided, and the upper end of the guide plate (302) is disposed closely to a termination lower surface of the pumping conveyor (81) to a predetermined distance and also constituted adjustably in position along the conveying direction. Thereby, even if the inclination angle of the pumping conveyor (81) is changed, the crops can be prevented from staying on the guide plate (302).
