PURPOSE: A method for preparing biocompatible particles with a multi-core structure is provided to enhance stability in a solution and to ensure anti-cancer effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing biocompatible particles with a multi-core structure comprises: a step of mixing polyethylene glycol of chemical formula 1(HO-(CH_2-CH_2-O)n-H), drug, PEO-PPO-PEO triblock copolymer(poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) triblock copolymer), and biocompatible polymers of PLGA(poly(lactide-coglycolide)), PCL(poly caprolactone), PLA(poly(lactic acid)), or PGA(poly(glycolic acid)) to prepare nanoparticles； a step of preparing lecithin with 10-30 wt% of solution and treating by sonication to prepare a nanoparticle solution； and a step of mixing the nanoparticles with the solution.본 발명에 따른 멀티-코어 구조를 갖는 생체적합성 입자는 나노입자의 융합현상을 이용하여 제조됨으로써, 수용액에서의 안정성을 증가시키며 약물의 용해도에 상관없이 약물 방출율을 자유로이 조절하여 지속적인 약물 방출 형태를 나타내고, 약물의 함유 유무에 상관없이 우수한 항암효과를 나타낸다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 멀티-코어 구조를 갖는 생체적합성 입자는 약물전달체로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
