PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which shows excellent absorption performance of both a low-viscosity excretion and a high-viscosity excretion and a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional opening sheet used for the same.SOLUTION: A surface sheet 2 includes a laminate of a first non-woven fabric 20 and a second non-woven fabric 21. A plurality of fusion parts 23 are formed by fusing both non-woven fabrics 20, 21 at a peripheral edge part of an opening 22. The first non-woven fabric 20 protrudes in a direction to be separated from the second non-woven fabric 21 in a region other than the fusion part 23 to form a plurality of protruding parts 24 protruding to a skin side of a wearer. The fusion part 23 has a projection part 26 projecting to a sub-layer 3, and a plurality of the projection parts 26 are scattered on an opposing surface 2b to the sub-layer 3 in the surface sheet 2.
