PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold pack with which a user can easily observe whether the cooling state is as intended.SOLUTION: A cold pack is provided, comprising a cooling composition whose color changes before and after the freezing, the cooling composition containing dyes, ammonium chloride, and a solvent.
