The treat maker may be a counter-top baking appliance used to make biscuits for human consumption or for a pet. Also provided is a biscuit comprising a base wall 98 and an integrally-formed peripheral wall 100 that cooperatively define a receptacle opening 102. The cavity within the biscuit may be filled with a different foodstuff such as icing.
