PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle assembly, in which an inner needle can be housed in a casing without needing special operation after insertion.SOLUTION: The indwelling needle assembly 1 is configured so that after inserting an inner needle 3 and an outer needle 21 to a target site while holding a casing 5, prevention of oscillation of an inner needle base 4 is released to oscillate the inner needle base 4 only by pressing operation portions 64, 83 by the thumb or forefinger of the hand holding the casing 5, whereby the support of the inner needle base 4 against a pressing spring 7 is released, the inner needle base 4 is moved toward a base end by the pressing spring 7, and the inner needle 3 is housed in the casing 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺後に格別の操作を要することなく内針を筐体内に収納できる留置針組立体を提供する。【解決手段】留置針組立体1は、筐体5を保持して対象部位に内針3及び外針21を穿刺した後、筐体5を保持している手の親指又は人差し指で操作部64、83を押すだけで、内針基4の揺動の阻止が解除されて内針基4が揺動し、これにより押圧スプリング7に抗した内針基4の支持が解除され、押圧スプリング7により内針基4が基端方向へ移動され、内針3が筺体5内へ収容されるように構成される。【選択図】図6
