The present invention relates to auxiliary equipment which is designed to prevent muscular deterioration due to loss of muscles and reduction in blood circulation caused by lack of lower body exercise, which patients having paralysis of spinal nerves due to an accident or a disease suffer from, and to facilitate blood circulation. The equipment can enable a patient having lower body paralysis to maintain minimal lower body mobility without constraints of time and place, and aid in rehabilitation such as maintenance of lower body muscles and activation of an ankle joint. For the purpose, the equipment of the present invention is intended to substitute for a foot support of a wheelchair to secure mobility without any impediment to portability and mobility of the wheelchair. The length of a rotator reciprocating through a worm gear can be adjusted to adjust an angle of vertical reciprocation, thereby allowing an exercise angle of an ankle of a patient to be adjusted.
