PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that when a hopper hanged on a machine body is formed as a general form of a load box form continuing as one unit and installing a conveyer on its floor surface, there are cases that the flow of materials to be formed becomes unstable at a relaying position of the materials to be formed from the final end part of the conveyer to a conveyer belt in the lower direction of an agitator, and the form of roll bale to be formed is made irregular, and also a problem of forming plugging occurs and the entrance of worker into the inside of the hopper becomes difficult to make the checking/cleaning of inside of the hopper as troublesome.

SOLUTION: This chopping type roll baler is provided by hanging the hopper 4 formed as the load box form continuing as long in front to rear direction, installing a conveyer (c) for conveying the materials to be formed in rear direction on its floor plate 40, arranging its final end part (d) of the conveying direction in the lower directional position of the delivering device 70 in an empty chamber 7 and arranging the beginning end part of the conveyer belt 5 in the lower direction of the final end part (d).
