The invention relates to artificial bait for fishing and, more specifically, to winged balancers, and can be used for expanding the functional possibilities of a balancer and improving the play of the latter in water. The fishing balancer comprises an elongated body, at least two wings attached to lateral surfaces of the body so as to be able to open freely, and also attachments on the body for a fishing line and hook. The wings are suspended on the lateral surfaces of the body with the aid of elements, which are fixed rigidly on said body, such that the wings can open to the side opposite the attachment for the fishing line and are designed to ensure that the balancer glides when plunged into water, the ratio of the width of the wing to the length thereof being >1, wherein wing-opening limiters are formed on the body and/or on the wings.Linvention concerne des leurres artificiels pour la pêche et plus précisément des balanciers à ailettes, et peut sutiliser pour élargir les fonctionnalités dun balancier et améliorer son jeu dans leau.
