The present invention relates to functional tea using broccoli sprouts and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to functional tea using broccoli sprouts which contains enhanced nutritive components by soaking broccoli sprouts, which are produced by using a rotary sprout cultivation apparatus, in a sulforaphane solution and then roasting the sprouts in an infrared roaster, and to a method for producing the same. The method for producing the functional tea using broccoli sprouts according to the present invention comprises: a broccoli sprout collecting step (S100) of germinating broccoli seeds and harvesting the broccoli sprouts； a soaking step (S200) of soaking the harvested broccoli sprouts in a sulforaphane solution； a drying step (S300) of drying the soaked broccoli sprouts at 30-50C for 24-48 hours； and a roasting step (S400) of roasting the dried broccoli sprouts in an infrared roaster pre-heated to 70-150C for 5-15 minutes.본 발명은 브로콜리 새싹을 이용한 기능성 차와 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 회전식 새싹 재배 장치를 이용하여 생산된 브로콜리 새싹을 설포라판 농축액에 침지시킨 후 원적외선 볶음 장치에서 볶아 그 영양성분을 향상시킨 브로콜리 새싹을 이용한 기능성 차와 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 브로콜리 새싹을 이용한 기능성 차의 제조방법은 브로콜리 종자를 발아시켜 브로콜리 새싹을 수득하는 브로콜리 새싹수득단계(S100)와； 수득된 브로콜리 새싹을 설포라판 농축액에 침지시키는 침지단계(S200)와； 침지된 브로콜리 새싹을 30 내지 50 ℃에서 24시간 내지 48시간 건조하는 건조단계(S300)와； 건조된 브로콜리 새싹을 70 내지 150 ℃로 예열된 원적외선 볶음장치에서 5분 내지 15분간 볶는 볶음단계(S400)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
