The present invention relates to a device for automatically injecting secondary ingredients to a processed meat product. The device automatically injects the secondary ingredients such as a salt solution or saltwater into meat when the meat is processed. An injection needle pressing tool and a secondary ingredient supply tank can be easily detached from a driving unit to be washed by using an improved structure. A pair of horizontal beams (5a, 5b) is installed in parallel on the upper and lower parts of the driving unit (1) being installed on a guide rod (7). Coupling holes (2a, 3a) to be assembled with horizontal beams (5a, 5b) are individually formed on both surfaces of the secondary ingredient supply tank (3) and the injection needle pressing tool (2) coupled to the driving unit (1). While the secondary ingredient supply tank (3) and the injection needle pressing tool (2) are individually assembled with the horizontal beams by using the coupling holes (2a, 3a), the secondary ingredient supply tank (3) and the injection needle pressing tool (2) are locked by a locking means installed on the driving unit (1).
