PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a needle-penetrable member in which a needle-penetrable member composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin elastic body does not directly touch medicine in the container, which is sanitary since dust or foreign matter is less likely to enter the container, and which can reduce manufacturing cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the container with a needle-penetrable member.SOLUTION: In a container 1 with a needle-penetrable member, a needle-penetrable member 3 composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin elastic body is fixed on at least a part of an outside surface of a container body 2 composed of blow molded soft synthetic resin.
