PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide skin cosmetics that form a coating having a lamellar structure, the skin cosmetics having a high moisture retention effect and a good use feeling, where the moisture retention effect and use feeling last for a long time.SOLUTION: Skin cosmetics contain following components (A)-(F): (A) a C12-22 linear saturated fatty acid, (B) an organic base, (C) an inorganic base, (D) a C12-22 linear saturated alcohol, (E) a highly polymerized silicone and (F) water. The total content of components (A) and (D) is: (A)+(D)=1-12 mass%.
