PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bio-degradable compositions capable of being used as a sealant or an adhesive for use in agriculture and home gardening as well as in other industries.SOLUTION: A method for producing biodegradable articles comprises a step of coating an article with a biodegradable composition comprising 0.2% to 10%w/w polylactic acid and a non-hydroxyl organic solvent, and drying the coated article.
