The algae cultivation device includes: a circulation tube set which comprises at least two upright tubes used to receive algae solution, arranged in series and individually having a head tube located at the front end and a tail tube located at the tail end, wherein the head tube includes an inlet opening and the tail tube includes an outlet opening a storage tank connected to the outlet opening for receiving the algae solution coming from the tail tube a power unit comprising a water outlet and a water inlet connected to the storage tank and used to extract the algae solution stored inside the storage tank and a manifold unit connected to the inlet opening and the water outlet for receiving the algae solution obtained by the power unit and then delivering it to the inlet opening.
