PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) device used for the treatment of a sleep apnea syndrome.SOLUTION: This CPAP device includes: a silencer 20 having an air inflow port and an air outflow port making air having flowed in from the air inflow port flow out, and disposed with a sound absorption material thereinside a body 30 having a tubularly extended air sending port inserted in an air intake port of a mask 40 which has an air intake port, is installed such that the mask 40 covers a nose, and supplies air taken in from the air intake port to a respiratory tract, and an air relay port detachably connected to the air outflow of the silencer, incorporated with a fan sending air having passed through the air relay port from the air sending port, and constituting an assembly 10 worn on the head of a patient together with the silencer 20 and the mask 40 and a controller 70 incorporated with a fan-driving drive circuit, driving the fan, placed in a position separated from the assembly, and connected with the assembly by an electric cable 80.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、睡眠時無呼吸症候群の治療に用いる、取扱い容易なCPAP装置を提供する。【解決手段】空気流入口とその空気流入口から流入した空気を流出させる空気流出口とを有し内部に吸音材が配置された消音器20、空気取入口を有し鼻を覆うように取り付けられてその空気取入口から取り入れた空気を気道に供給するマスク40の空気取入口に差し込まれる、管状に延びた空気送出口と、消音器の空気流出口に着脱自在に結合する空気中継口とを有するとともに、空気中継口を通ってきた空気を空気送出口から送り出すファンが内蔵され、消音器20およびマスク40とともに患者の頭部に装着される組立体10を構成する本体30、およびファン駆動用の駆動回路が内蔵されてファンを駆動する、組立体とは離間した位置に置かれてその組立体との間が電線80で接続されたコントローラ70を備えた。【選択図】 図3
