A human monoclonal antibody or fragment that binds with the antigen thereof that has three heavy chain CDRs and three ligature chain CDRs, where the three heavy chain CDRs have the amino acid secunecy of the corresponding TNV148 mAb CDRs. as described in Figure 4； the three light chain CDRs have the amino acid sequence of the corresponding CDRs of the TNV148 mAb as described in Figure 5； and the antibody or fragment binds to human TNF with a KD equal to or less than 0.1-9.9 x 10-11 M, using BIAcore analysis.Un anticuerpo monoclonal humano o fragmento que enlza con el antígeno del mismo que tienetres CDRs de la cade na pesada y tres CDRs de la cadena ligfera, en donde las tres CDRs de la cadena pesada tienen la secunecia de aminoácidos de las CDRs correspondientes del mAb TNV148 como se ha descrito en la Figura 4； las tres CDRs de la cadena ligera tienen la secuencia de aminoácidos de las CDRs correspondientes del mAb TNV148 como se ha descrito en la Figura 5； y el anticuerpo o fragmento enlaza con TNF humano con una KD igual o menor de 0,1-9,9 x 10-11 M, usando análisis BIAcore.
