The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic composition containing a high content of silicone derivative, and more specifically, an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic composition for skin moisturization, containing 70-80 wt% of a water phase part and an oil phase part including 15-28 wt% of a silicon derivative, 1-5 wt% of a lipophilic emulsifier, and 0.1-1 wt% of a thickener, based on the overall composition. The composition of the present invention has formulation stability and skin stability.
