PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement prevention of occurrence of seizure on a surface of a press-molded glass ceramic, on which many proposals have been made for a long time but no sufficient effect has been obtained, and solve the problem of incapability of distinguishing a color tone of a mold release agent for preventing occurrence of seizure from that of the press-molded glass ceramic, thus causing a residual that causes a trouble in fusion with a glaze material to be applied thereafter.SOLUTION: A surface treatment material for a wax pattern to be used together with a phosphate based investment material is used at the time of molding a dental press ceramic, the surface treatment material including heat-resistant ceramic powder. Preferably, the heat-resistant ceramic powder contains at least one or more kinds selected from silicon carbide, boron carbide, nitrogen carbide, and silicon nitride.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来からプレス成型したガラスセラミックス表面への焼き付きを防止するための多くの提案がなされてきたが、十分な効果を得ることができなかった。また、焼き付きを防止するための離型剤がプレス成型したガラスセラミックスと色調的に区別することができないために取り残しが発生し、その後に適用するグレーズ材との融着において問題が生じていた。【解決手段】歯科用プレスセラミックスの成型時に用いるりん酸塩系埋没材と併用するワックスパターンの表面処理材であって、その表面処理材が耐熱性セラミックス粉末を含むことを特徴とするワックスパターンの表面処理材。前記の耐熱性セラミックス粉末は、炭化ケイ素、炭化ホウ素、炭化窒素、窒化ケイ素から選ばれた少なくとも1種類以上を含むことが好ましい。【選択図】図4
