PURPOSE: A steel dust bob molding and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the contamination of lead due to bob. CONSTITUTION: A steel dust bob molding is prepared by mixing steel dust 500-1000 parts by weight and solid phase bonding agent 4-8 parts by weight of the steel dust. The steel dust is comprised of steel powder(12) and steel fragments(14). The solid phase bonding agent is manufactured by mixing: lignin powder 1,000 parts by weight； iron adhesive 1,000-1,400 parts by weight manufactured by mixing oxidized steel powder and calcium sulfoaluminate powder； bentonite 600-1,000 parts by weight； and graphite 2,000-3,000 parts by weight.본 발명은 그 동안 낚시추의 본체로 사용하던 소재인 납 소재 또는 철 소재 대신에 철 분진을 사용하고 그 본체 외부를 세라믹코팅층으로 코팅시킨 철 분진 낚시추 성형물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
