The present invention relates to a new auto spray system for agricultural chemicals using a power driving transporter for agriculture which sprays agricultural chemicals automatically while travelling automatically in certain sections requiring agricultural chemicals to be sprayed using a power driving transporter for agriculture and automatically returns to the original position when spraying is completed and stops in order to contribute to realization of unmanned and automatic spraying task of agricultural chemicals. According to the present invention, among the components of a chemical spraying unit (A) including a commercial transporter for agriculture, front/rear wheels (30, 40) form wheels for moving on the ground (321) which can move freely on the ground and then on one end thereof, a caster (322) for moving on rails which only can travel on a rail is coupled. One end of the front part of the chemical spraying unit (A) is equipped with a limit switch (33) for stopping pump operation which can stop operation of the pump (220), which sprays agricultural chemicals and the other end thereof is equipped with reverse switch (340) required to return the chemical spraying unit (A) including a transporter for agriculture to the original position after reaching the end of the rail and completing the spraying task.
