PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for evaluating a balance during an exercise with biphasic properties.SOLUTION: Values of periodical body motions, which are obtained by performing minus first-order or higher-order integration in a linear direction on the basis of a body motion signal indicating a motion of a living body performing an exercise, are determined in regard to a plurality of different linear directions. Biphasic evaluation indexes, which indicate the degrees of correlations among the values of the periodical body motions in the specific linear directions and the values of the periodical body motions in the other linear directions, among the values of the body motions in a plurality of linear directions, are determined in regard to the plurality of the different specific linear directions.
