COMPOSITION FOR THE PREVENTION OF FOODS FROM OXIDATION AND FOR RETARDING THE ONSET OF DIABETES COMPRSING OF THE EXTRACT OF CUDRANIA TRICUSPIDATA AS A MAIN COMPONENT
PURPOSE: A composition for antioxiation and anti-diabetes activities is provided to delay and prevent the occurrence of diabetes using a plant extract with high antioxidative ability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for antioxidation and anti-diabetes activities contains 40-70 % of a Cudrania tricuspidata extract as a main ingredient and 30-60 % of one or more extracts selected among an Ailanthus alissima extract, an adlay extract, and a ginger extract. A pharmaceutical composition for antioxidation and anti-diabetes activities contains: 40-70 % of the Cudrania tricuspidata extract as a main ingredient； 30-60 % of one or more extracts selected among the Ailanthus alissima extract, the adlay extract, and the ginger extract； and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. [Reference numerals] (AA) Extract raw material (cudrania tricuspidata)； (BB) Minor material (Ailanthus alissima extract, adlay and ginger)； (CC) Mix； (DD) Composition꾸지뽕나무, 가죽나무, 율무 및 생강의 열매 또는 잎을 분쇄하여 물, 에탄올 혹은 이의 혼합물을 이용하여 추출한다. 이 들의 추출물 중에서 꾸지뽕 추출물 40-70％에 가죽나무 추출물, 율무 추출물 또는 생강 추출물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 추출물을 30-60％를 섞어서 항산화 및 당뇨병 예방용으로 제공되는 식품 또는 약품 조성물에 관한 것이다.꾸지뽕 추출물에 가죽나무 추출물, 율무 추출물 또는 생강 추출물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 추출물을 부형제와 혼합하여 산제, 환, 캡슐, 펠렛 또는 과립의 형태로 만들어 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화 및 당뇨병 예방용 조성물을 제공한다.또한 식품 제조시 첨가함으로써 생선의 비린내의 발생을 억제하거나 지질 성분의 산패를 억제하여 상품의 품질을 높이거나 상품수명을 늘리고저 할 때 이용할 수 있다.
