PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump easy to be downsized, and capable of discharging a very small amount of fluid with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A micropump 1 includes: a bag-like member 3 in which a sponge-like member 6 is sealed a pressure member 4 rotatably supported by a pump case 2 and a solenoid coil 5 attracting the pressure member 4. The bag-like member 3 and the sponge-like member 6 have a main tank 31, a dispensing tank 32, and a separation belt 33. The pressure member 4 has: a rotary fulcrum part 45 in one end an application part 46 in the other end and a restriction part 47 between them. Because the pressure member 4 rotated by the solenoid coil 5 presses the dispensing tank 32 to discharge a liquid medicine, the micropump 1 with a simple configuration easy to be downsized can be produced. The separation belt 33 is pressed and closed by the restriction part 47, it is suppressed that the liquid medicine instantaneously moves from the main tank 31 to the dispensing tank 32, and the micropump 1 can discharge a constant small amount of liquid medicine from the dispensing tank 32 with high accuracy.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、小型化し易く、かつ微量流体を精度良く吐出可能なマイクロポンプを提供する。【解決手段】マイクロポンプ1は、スポンジ状部材6を封入した袋状部材3と、ポンプケース2に回動自在に支持された圧迫部材4と、圧迫部材4を吸引する電磁コイル5と、を備える。袋状部材3及びスポンジ状部材6は、メインタンク31と、分注タンク32と、分離帯33と、を有する。圧迫部材4は、一端に回動支点部45と、他端に作用部46と、これらの間に規制部47と、を有する。電磁コイル5により回動した圧迫部材4が、分注タンク32を圧迫して薬液を吐出させるので、簡単な構成で小型化し易いマイクロポンプ1を作製できる。また、分離帯33が規制部47に圧閉され、薬液がメインタンク31から分注タンク32へ瞬時に移動することが抑制され、分注タンク32から一定の少量の薬液を精度良く吐出できる。【選択図】図1
