The present invention relates to an alpha galactosidase cel36-KG101 gene derived from a black goat rumen microorganism and uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides a novel alpha galactosidase cel36-KG101 gene selected from the black goat rumen microorganism and a protein product thereof, and relates to a feed additive, a detergent composition and a method for manufacturing biofuel using the same.
