The needle with hair follicle pierces into scalp. The gripping device moves forward and follicular unit is slowly pushed inside the hypodermis and the device moves upward and releases the hair follicle and leaves hair follicle inside scalp. The harvester and implanter contains counter for sliding switch used for harvesting and implantation mechanical arrangement of gripping feature of the device is also provided in the device.
