The present invention relates to a follicle collector. The objective of the present invention is to delay decomposition speed of follicles collected from scalp, thereby increasing success rate (survival rate) of transplant. The follicle collector according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hand piece which separates follicles from skin using a collecting piece installed in front end； a collecting container which accommodates the follicles separated from the collecting piece and has a storing space in which a conservative solution is filled； and a cooling unit which cools the storing space of the collecting container down to a predetermined temperature.본 발명은 모낭 채집기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모낭 채집기는 전단에 설치된 채집피스를 이용해 피부로부터 모낭을 분리시키는 핸드피스, 채집피스로부터 분리된 모낭을 수용하며 보존액이 채워진 저장공간을 갖는 채집통, 그리고 채집통의 저장공간을 기설정된 온도로 냉각시키는 냉각부를 포함할 수 있다.
